Hey guys obviously I am still not as computer savvy as alot of you are. What is the method for transfering vhs clips to my computer, is it possible and what is the easiest way to do it? I really appreciate any help I can get.
Regards Kirk

Kirk!!!
perhaps a simple video capture device such as the DVC 80 from Dazzle >>> http://www.dazzle.com/main.html
it comes with rca inputs for stereo audio and video, and even has an s-video input for the savvier video sources.
I think it's like $50 off the shelf with an MGI VideoWave program for capturing video, but Windows Movie Maker will do just fine.
hope this helps

Thanks Numero!!, are you saying if I already have the movie maker software on my computer then I can just get going from there or do I need to purchase something outside of that to go along with that. Appreciate the help!

Yepa!
You finna need wun o dem vid capture devices... e.g. Dazzle DVC 80, which is their most basic, I think, but it works great...
just gather up testimonials from Roy Cameron, T-Bo, PocketPlayer and Randy Walker on how they liked the xfers I've shared with them.
